- 6 months rental on a shop
- 3 months rental on a shop
- 18 rentals on houses of varying length 3 months - 1 year
- All gym equipment
- Drinks fridge for Gym
- 3 ceiling fans
- Account books
- Money for labour to clear pond
- Water Pump for the above
- Mirrors and glass doors for the gym
- Boxes and knife for 7 fisherman
- 7 water pumps
- 5 knives
- Electric welding plant for Blacksmith
- Purchase of Tuk Tuk
- 2 Driving Licences for Tuk
